1 1/2 cups honeydew melon, diced
1 1/2 cups cantaloupe melon, diced
1 1/2 cups watermelon, diced
1 Tbsp. snipped fresh mint
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. Jamaican jerk seasoning
1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin

For salsa, combine honeydew, cantaloupe, watermelon, mint, lemon juice, and honey in a medium mixing bowl. Cover and chill up to 1 hr. Sprinkle Jamaican jerk seasoning evenly over meat, pressing onto surface. For a charcoal grill, arrange hot coals around drip pan. Test for medium-high heat above pan. Cover and grill 30-35 min. or until a meat thermometer registers 155º. For a gas grill, preheat grill. Reduce heat to medium-high. Adjust for indirect cooking. Grill as above. Remove meat from grill. Cover with foil and let stand 1 min. Slice pork diagonally and serve with salsa.
