2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. white sugar
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. cumin
1 tbsp. cayenne
1/4 cup paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together. When ribs or steaks are ready to eat, brush them with olive oil and spice them up!
Grill and flip once to seal crusty-goodness!

If this is too spicy, cut the spice and /or add more brown sugar. Remember that cooked on the meat it is not nearly as spicy as it mixes with the juices and flavors.
