Asparagus - uncooked
Prosciutto
cream cheese or any flavor of cream cheese dips
olive oil
minced garlic
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brush Asparagus with olive oil. Take 1 slab of prosciutto and spread on a layer of cream cheese (optional) and then place 2 asparagus spears on prosciutto and sprinkle with minced garlic, salt and pepper. Roll the spears up in the prosciutto. Repeat this method until desired amount of rolled asparagus is required. Place on bbq on a low heat and cook until desired tenderness of asparagus is reached.

Two pieces of prusciutto can be used to roll.
