6 c. hot water
4-5 tsp. dry yeast
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
3 eggs
3 tsp. salt
4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with electric mixer in order given. Mix well, until all the lumps are out. It should be the consistency of pancake mixture. When it is at that consistency, add more flour until you can work it freely with your hands. Knead and add flour until kneading shows no sticky signs. Grease bowl, let rise - double in bulk - work the dough by kneading again and then let rise again. Form into buns and place on greased cookie sheets. Let them rise again. Bake at 400-425 for 10-12 minutes, placing first on lower rack then finish up on top rack.
