3/4 C sugar
1 1/2 T corn starch
1 1/4 T boiling water
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs (whites only)
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and cornstarch, then add boiling water and cook. Beat the whites of two eggs until stiff. Then stir into mixture. Add tsp vanilla. Have pie shells already baked. Pour into pie shells. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
