1 package flour tortillas(burrito size)
12 oz container soft cr. cheese
4 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced into strips
salsa
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
30 oz. gr. chile Enchilada Sauce (mild)
4 gr. onions (sliced)
2 Tb. fresh cilantro, chopped
sour cream

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.

In a large skillet, pour 1/3 of gr. enchilada sauce into pan, add cooked chicken strips, gr. onion and cilantro. Heat through, about 5 minutes.

Spread each tortilla with Tblsp. of cr. cheese, fill with 1/8 of chicken mixture. Roll up and place, seamside down, in 9 x 13 pan.

Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until enchiladas are heated through and cheese is melted, about 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
