3 Egg Yolks Beaten
1 1/2 C. Sour Cream
1 1/2 T. Corn Starch
2/3 C. sugar
Dash Salt
1 C. Raisins, soaked in Hot water the Drained.
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Egg yolks, Sour Cream Corn Starch Sugar , Salt . Add Drained Raisins and cook in sauce pan stirring constantly until thick. Pour filling into Graham cracker crust. Beat leftover Egg Whites with dash of Cream of Tartar and 3 T Sugar till stiff for meringue. Bake in oven just till meringue has a lovely golden brown look.
