8 flour tortillas
2 c. shredded cheddar jack cheese
margarine or butter
shredded cooked chicken or turkey or ham, cubed
salsa
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Spread one side of tortilla with 1/2 T margarine. Place in hot skillet, margarine side down. Sprinkle tortilla with 1/2 c or more cheese, shredded chicken. Top with another tortilla, margarine side up. When bottom is browned, flip tortilla carefully and brown other side. Remove from skillet and cut with pizza cutter into wedges. Serve with salsa and sour cream
