1/4 lb butter
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 c vodka
1 can Italian crushed tomatoes
3/4 c parmesan cheese
1/2 c Romano cheese
1 c heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over high heat until bubbly, add red pepper flakes. Rapidly and crefully add vodka, simmer 2 minutes. Add tomaotoes and cheeses, simmer for 3 minutes. Add heavy cream and simmer for 1 minute more. Prepare pasta and mix cmpletely with sauce. Serve immediately.
