Ingredients:  
1 1/2 c. long brown rice
3 3/4 c. water
1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. cilantro (fresh or dried)
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. southwestern seasoning
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (ground)

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients in 4 qt. sauce pan. Stirring well.
Bring to boil, and lower heat to a simmer.
Stirring often, let simmer till all water is evaporated and the rice is cooked. Cooking time is about 30
to 40 minutes. Be careful it doesn't start sticking on bottom.
