Dry Ingredients:
4 c. flour
2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp cinnamon

Wet Ingredients:
3 c. sugar
2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. canned pumpkin

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. mix all wet ingredients together, then add the dry ingerdients. Add 1 bag of chocolate chips, nuts, raisins, or whatever you like. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 11-15 minutes.
(12 minutes usually works perfect)
