5 lb brisket, trimmed of fat
1/3 c Italian salad dressing
1 tsp finely minced garlic
1/4 c liquid beef concentrate (broth)
1/4 c liquid smoke
1/4 c worchestershire sauce
1 c KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce

Directions:
FIRST DAY:
Place brisket on a large baking dish with fat side up. Stab the meat in several places to tenderize. Mix all ingredients and pour over the brisket. Let set 15 minutes. Then seal the meat completely in foil. Place in refrigerator to marinate overnight.

SECOND DAY:
Do not uncover meat. Bake in a 300º oven for four hours. Cool and place in the refrigerator overnight.

THIRD DAY:
Remove meat and discard the foil. Slice brisket with a sharp knife and brush with KC Masterpiece sauce. Reheat at 350º for 30 minutes.
