½ lb. finely chopped dates
1 c. walnuts finely chopped
¾ c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs well beaten
Confectionary sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix dates, nuts and flour well, add baking powder. Beat in eggs and sugar then mix well
2. Spread on greased cookie sheet
3. Bake at 375 for 20 mins.
4. Let cool and cut in 1 ½ inch squares then roll in confectionary sugar
