1 cup chopped onion
3 Tblsp. brown sugar
3 Tblsp. vinegar
1 bottle of chili sauce
1/2 chili bottle water

Saute the onion in the oil until translucent, add remaining ingredients and simmer. The longer it simmers the better it gets!
