12 oz butterscotch ships
1 c marshmallow creme
1/2 c nonfat instant powdered milk
1 t vanilla
1/2 bad caramel candies - approximately 22
2 T milk
2 c cocktail peanuts coarsely chopped
Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, melt butterscotch chips in the microwave on high for until smooth. Stir in marshmallow creme and powdered milk. Add vanilla and mix well. Mixture will be thick and using hands knead almost like bread dough. Roll mixture in a ball about the size of a walnut and shape into a log about the size of your little finger. Place on waxed paper to set. In another bowl, melt the caramels and milk together in microwave, stir well. Dips rolls into caramel mixture, then chopped nuts. Allow logs to harden.
