1 c. sugar
2 ripe medium bananas, cut
3 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1 can(6-oz) frozen orange juice concentrate
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 L. bottle carbonated water or lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 2 3/4 cups water and the sugar untill sugar dissolves. In a blender, combine bananas, half of the pineapple juice, and the orange juice concentrate. Cover, blend till smooth. Add to sugar mixture. Stir in remaining juices. Transfer to a 13x9x2" baking pan. Freeze for 4 to 24 hours. To serve, let mixture stand at room temperature 20-30 minutes. To form slush, scrape a large spoon across frozen mixture; spoon into punch bowl. Slowly pour carbonated water down side of bowl; stir.
