2 c. flour
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. orange rind, grated
1 c. butter
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. sugar

Glaze:
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Blend the flour, butter, and 4 tablespoons of sugar together. Mix and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Mix the cream cheese, vanilla, remaining sugar, and orange rind well and spread out on crust. Then add fruits of your choice, such as: bing cherries, strawberries, kiwi, grapes, and apples.

Boil all glaze ingredients for 1 minute. Cool some; pour over fruit. Refrigerate. This is a generous amount of glaze.
