7-8 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 tbsp. (or 4-5 sprigs) fresh (or dried) cilantro
1 lg. red onion, diced
splash of lime or lemon juice
1/2 firm avocado, diced
1/2 c. frozen corn (thawed)
salt to taste
1-2 jalapeño peppers seeded and ribbed, depending on heat requirement
med. handful of sugar (clean hand works best)
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced

Directions:

Stir this all together and serve with Tostitos with lime. Wash it down with a Diet Coke—that's Dad’s idea.
