3 lbs. beef cut in chunks
6 med. onions
4 stalks of celery
6 carrots
5 potatoes
2 small green peppers
salt and pepper
tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown stew meat, then pour water in. Add celery and onions. Add carrots about 1 hour before done and potatoes 1/2 hour before done. Add green peppers and salt and pepper. After simmering, add tomato juice instead of water.
