1 cup popped Amaranth
2 tbsp butter or oil
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup toasted sunflower seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Pop the amaranth seeds in a skillet on medium heat. Make sure you cover it with glass lid. You could make a big batch and store it in a air dry container.

Bring the butter/oil and syrup/honey to boil and remove from the stove.

Mix with the amaranth,cinnamon,sunflower seeds.
Put into a greased 9"x13" and let it cool down.
Enjoy!
