1 8-oz. pk cream cheese
1/4 C. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
1/2 C. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4. tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
dash of salt
1 C. Pet milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 C. maple syrup
1/4 C. finely chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients and spread in the pastry shell.
Combine remaining ingredients, EXCEPT MAPLE SYRUP AND NUTS, and pour over the cream cheese mixture.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 5 minutes, or until done.
Cool.
Brush with maple syrup and garnish with nuts if desired.
