4 C cut up rhubarb
1 C. sugar
2 T. flour
2 T. butter
1 C. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 C. flour
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first three ingredients together and spread evenly in a greased 9" pan. Dot with the 2 T. butter.
Beat the egg and sugar, add remaining ingredients.
Sprinkle over the rhubarb so crumbs fall into rhubarb.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
