3/4 C. sugar
1 C. sour cream
3 C. cut-up rhubarb
2 T. flour
1 C. sugar
pinch salt
Your favorite crust recipe

Directions:
Dad raised lots of rhubarb, and loved it. Mother had lots of good ways to fix it, but our family favorite wash rhubarb sauce with sweet cream poured on top.Beat together first 3 ingredients and let stand for 15 minutes.
Make your pie crust while mixture is standing.
Mix together the rhubarb, flour, sugar and salt and combine with the sour cream mixture.
Pour into an unbaked 9" pie shell.
Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees.
