3 pkg. Frozen Broccoli (chopped)
3 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
1 lb. Velveta cheese
1 1/2 pkg. of Ritz crackers
3/4 stick butter/margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Slice velveta and place 1/2 amount along bottom of greased casserole dish. Then layer with 1/2 egg and 1/2 broccoli. Repeat layers ending with broccoli. Melt butter and mix with crumbled ritz crackers. Place cracker and butter mixture on top of broccoli. Put casserole, uncovered in oven for 20 minutes.
