2 cups sour cream 2 tablespoons paprika ½ cup very finely minced onion Salt to taste
Mix all well and allow to mellow overnight in the refrigerator. Remove ½ hour before serving.
Fondue sauce again.
Other easy sauces: Substitute 2 tablespoons dill weed for the paprika or substitute 2 tablespoons or more fresh grated horseradish for the paprika. These are also good as dips for vegetables or as a spread on roast beef sandwiches.
