1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 pkg. (8) crescent rolls
1 c. frozen hashbrowns, thawed
1 c. shredded cheese (cheddar, swiss, or monteray
jack)
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, cook sausage till brown; drain. Place rolls in ungreased 12" pizza pan - press to form crust. Spoon sausage over crust, next hashbrowns, then cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper and add next. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake 375 for 25-30 minutes.
