small block of white or lite cheese, grated
3-4 hard-boiled eggs
mayonnaise
1 fresh garlic clove

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cheese, no more than half the amount of cheese in the dish. Press garlic into the mixture. Add mayonnaise little by little, according to taste. Add salt. Great on crackers and toast! Enjoy.
