1 bunch broccoli, sliced
2 1/2 c. water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. skim milk
3 tbsp. corn starch
2 tsp. margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. curry
1/4 tsp. cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Add broccoli and bouillon cubes to boiling water and allow to boil for 8 minutes. Combine milk, corn starch, and margarine in sauce pan. Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring continuously. Add thickened sauce to broccoli mixture. Stir in seasonings and heat before serving.
