Potatoes - As Many As You May Need
Butter
Milk
Grated Cheese
Optional - Bacon Bits and Chopped Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes until soft. Cut off top 1/4 of potatoes and scoop out potatoes into large bowl. Do not discard potato boat. Add to potatoes and mix with fork: butter, grated cheese, bacon bits and onions to your liking. Pour milk into potato mixture until you have a medium consistancy (you don't want them to dry). Spoon mixture back into potato boats. Top with more grated cheese. Microwave or put in oven until hot and cheese melts.
