1/4 CUP FINELY CHOPPED ONIONS
1/4 CUP BUTTER
4IBS FRESH HADDOCK FILETS
1 CUP CHOPPED FROZEN SEA CLAMS
1/2 CUP CHOPPED FRESH SEA SCALLOPS
1/4 CUP LOBSTER OR SHRIMP
3 CUPS OF DICED POTATOES
2 CANS OF EVAPORATED MILK
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
WATER TO COVER

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter over low heat until browned. Skin Haddock and Lobster or Shrimp in a large saucepan. cover with water and simmer until tender. Add Potatoes and 2 cans milk and cook until potatoes are tender. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot with dry crackers or crispy bread.
