1 Lb. Sausage 2 Can Pinto Beans 2 Can Tomatoes 1 Small Onion, Chopped 1 Cup Potatoes, Diced 1/2 Cup Green Pepper, Chopped 1-1/2 Tsp. Salt 1-1/2 Tsp. Garlic Salt 1/2 Tsp. Thyme 1/4 Tsp. Pepper 1-1/2 Cups Water
Brown sausage. Add other ingredients. Simmer about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Can be made with a pot of fresh cooked pinto beans and increase amounts of ingredients to suit taste.
