As many eggs as you desire....

(Eggs should not darken around yolk.)

Cover eggs with cold water. Bring to a full boil. Cover, turn off burner and let set for 10 minutes. Remove from burner. Drain and cover eggs with cold water. Peel when eggs are cold.
