3/4c.peanut butter
1/2c. butter,softened
1 c. light brown sugar
1/2t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1 egg
1 1/2 t. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
2c. quartered mini peanut butter cups
chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Beat peanut butter&butter in large bowl at medium speed.Beat in sugar,baking powder,& baking soda until blended. Beat in flour at low speed,just until combined,scraping down side of bowl once. Stir in peanut butter cups with wooden spoon. Cover with plastic wrap . Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.Bake 10 mins.or until lightly browned. Cool completely. Drizzle with melted chocolate chips.
