1 med. onion
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. uncooked rice
3 c. fresh or canned tomatoes
2 tsp. salt
1 green pepper, diced
1 lb. ground beef

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions in butter. Brown hamburger. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until rice is cooked.
