1 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg or 3 egg yolks
1 tsp almond extract
1/8 tsp salt
2 ½ cups sifted bread flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, add sugar gradually, and add eggs
Beat, then add sifted dry ingredients and
Almond extract.
Mold with press on aluminum baking sheet in form desired.
Bake in a hot oven 400 degrees, 10 to 12 minutes.
