4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into lg. pieces
1 can asparagus or 1 lb. fresh asparagus, cooked
1 can cream of asparagus soup
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 can milk
2 T. sherry
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken pieces in bottom of pan or large casserole dish. Layer with asparagus. Heat soup, milk, sherry, and bouillon cube and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with mushroom slices and press into sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350F for about 45 minutes
