1 lb. fresh green beans 3/4 cup salad oil 1/4 vinegar 1 tsp. salt freshly grated pepper 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1 clove garlic crushed
Wash and trim green beans. Leave whole or cut as desired. Place all remaining ingredient in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add green beans. Reduce heat and simmer covered for about 5 minutes. Allow to cool. Chill well and drain before serving.
