1 pkg. of raspberry gelatin (6oz)
1 pkg. of orange gelatin (6oz)
2 1/2 cups boiling water
1 1/2 cups orange juice; chilled
1 - 12oz package cranberries
1/2 cup peeled and chopped apples
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Small green grapes for decoration
1 egg white
sugar

In large bowl completely dissolve raspberry and orange gelatin in water. Pour orange juice mix well. Chill until consistency of egg whites unbeaten, about 2-3 hours.
Grate enough peel from orange to make 1 tsp. set peel aside.

Frosted grapes for decoration:
Brush grapes with beaten egg whites then sprinkle with sugar. Look pretty around cranberry mold.

With sharp knife, remove and discard remaining peel section orange and cut into 1/2 inch sections.

In blender or food processor chop cranberries. Fold orange peel and pieces of cranberries, apples and nuts into thickened gelatin.

Spoon into 8 cup mold and refrigerate about 3 hours.
