Brisket
Unseasoned Meat Tenderizer
Lawry's Seasoned Salt
Celery Salt
Garlic Powder
Pepper
1/2 c. Worchestershire Sauce
1 Bottle Figaro Liquid Smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Day 1: Place brisket in pan & sprinkle on seasonings. Poke holes with fork then pour liquids over the meat. Cover with foil and seal tight. Refrigerate.

Day 2: Bake covered for 4 hours at 250º or until tender. Cool and refrigerate over night.

Day 3: Remove fat & slice. Reheat in juice. (A crock pot works well!)
