1 Large Onion
1 Package Taco Seasoning
1 Can Pinto Beans
1 Can Corn
1 Can Kidney Beans
1 Can Hominy
1 Can Tomatoes
1 Can Rotel Tomatoes and Chilies
1 Package Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
1/2 Cup Picante Sauce
1/2 Cup Water

Directions:

Brown meat, onion and taco seasoning. Add rest of the ingredients. Simmer 1 hour.

When I worked at the High School, the principals would have lunch for us once a month. Linda Lawson (Stewart, she is from Graham) made this one month and of course we all had to have the recipe. You can adjust the amount you need or add what you would like. This freeezes well also. My family has enjoyed this meal.
