Directions:
Directions:
1) Layer crackers in the bottom of an ungreased 13 x 9" pan.
2) In a saucepan on medium high heat, melt butter. Add milk, graham cracker crumbs, and sugars. Bring to a boil.
3) Boil, stirring constantly for 5 minutes to prevent burning of sugars and and milk.
4) Pour half of this mixture over the crackers, spreading to cover evenly.
5) Add another layer of crackers to the 9 x 13" pan.
6) Spread remaining mixture.
7) Add last layer of crackers.
8) In another saucepan, on low heat, melt chocolate and butterscotch until smooth. Stir in peanut butter until mixed evenly.
9) Spread the chocolate mix over the top of the 9 x 13" dish.
10) Chill for 1 hour. Cut into small squares.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Be sure to use fresh chocolate as old chocolate chips will curdle and burn. I use "baking" chocolate to ensure a smooth texture.
