2 lb cut up white meat chicken breast
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 ketchup
1/8 c. water
1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz frozen corn

Directions:

In a skillet, brown chicken in olive oil, transfer to an ungreased 13x9" baking dish. Saute in the skillet; onions, green peppers and celery until tender. In a bowl combine the ketchup, water, honey, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add sauce to vegetables. Bring to a boil. Pour over chicken. Cover and bake 18-20 minutes @ 350º. Sprinkle with corn. Bake 20 minutes longer. Serve with salad.
