1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1 can low sodium chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans of white kidney beans, or any white beans
1 cup of fresh salsa (I just buy it at the deli)
1 envelope of McCormick White Chicken Chili seasoning
Shredded Monterey or Pepper jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the chicken in the chicken broth, remove and cube or shred. Keep the broth. Return the cubed chicken to the pan of broth and add all remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Serve topped with shredded pepper jack cheese.
