3 large eggs
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour (if using self-rising flour, omit salt, soda and baking powder)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c nuts or coconut
1 c. vegetable oil
3 c. grated raw zucchini
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and bake for 1 hour at 325 or until lightly browned and tests done.

Preheat oven to 325
