Ingredients:
1 hearty, fresh (not wilted) bunch of kale (dried thoroughly)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut up or tear into bite size pieces (think small potato chips). Coat lightly with olive oil... spray olive oil works great.

Place on a cookie sheet that is lined with parchment paper making sure that kale is spread out well (might require a couple of batches). Sprinkle lightly with sea salt

Bake about 10 minutes checking to see that chips are crispy and still green. Try not to eat immediately in one sitting!
