3 c. potato, chopped
1/2 c. carrots, chopped
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. parsley flakes
1 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 block Velveeta cheese, cut in small pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 9 ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender. Gradually add milk to flour and then add to vegetables. Cook until thickened. Add cheese, and stir until melted. Serve with cornbread.
