1 lb. hamburger
2 T. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 T. vinegar
1/2 T. lemon juice
1/8 cup water
1/2 cup ketchup
1 T. brown sugar
1/4 cup diced celery

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onions and hamburger until brown. Add remaining ingredients. Cook just until the celery is wilted. Serve on open face toasted hamburger buns.
