1 cup sugar 1 cup powder sugar 1 cup butter 1 cup oil. 2 eggs. 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon cream of tartar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla 4 1/2 cups flour.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine sugar, butter,oil, and eggs.Beat well add remaining ingredients mix well.Refidgerate dough until chilled.(30 min) Roll into balls and dip in granulated sugar. Place on cookie sheet of 10-15 min
