2 cans Veg-All, drained
1 cup chopped onions
1 can chopped water chestnuts
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 roll Ritz Crackers
1 stick oleo melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except Ritz crackers and oleo.
Pour into casserole. Crumble crackers and pour melted butter over. Stir to coat crackers. Then spread crackers over top of casserole. Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until crackers are golden brown.
