1 head iceberg lettuce
2-3 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
1 large tomato, diced
3-4 sliced of bacon, cooked and chopped
crumbled blue cheese
blue cheese salad dressing

Directions:
Cut the head of iceberg lettuce into quarters. Sprinkle eggs, tomato, bacon, and crumbled blue cheese around the bottom of the each quarter. Drizzle with blue cheese dressing and serve. It doesn’t get much easier than that- enjoy!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I’m not sure if this is an “Ohio thing”, but it seems like I only see this salad on restaurant menus in Ohio. I order these quite a bit at different restaurants, but they’re really simple to make at home to switch up the boring salad routine.
